Avoid - useless
First off, it takes literally 6 months to get an appointment and she does nothing to help the patient. Seems to want avoid all risk and be totally hands off. Claims that she has no access to medical records that are readily available on mychartplus - which all other providers have been able to easily access. The office is small and smells bad. Look elsewhere for advice and assistance and don't waste your precious time. Your parents deserve better.

Not happy with treatment my mother received earlier this year for depression, anxiety etc. She was bounced around on several medications and the final straw was when we called and asked how long should we give latest antidepressant to work and was it good her going from one med directly to another….(since my mom was doing worse every new med)….our answer was staff calling back and saying for us to stop antidepressant and the Dr would see us at next appointment. Our next appointment was 2 weeks later. When I readdressed the questions, my answer was staff member reading back Dr’s note to stop medication and wait till next appointment. Who takes a 90 year old off antidepressants that they have been taking for 20 years ..just like that! Really … We found another Dr!

Dr. Reyes is a highly competent physician. She spent time with my sibling and I to better understand my mother's diagnoses. Her office staff is very intuitive and caring. Professionalism is inherent in Dr. Reyes' practice. Highly recommend.

I am very upset, disgusted and disappointed with this office. I had set up an appointment for my husband with Dr. Reyes. When we arrived early for our appointment, we were told that because we had not confirmed or cancelled the appointment thru their text messaging system, the appointment had been cancelled and the doctor was not in the office. I never received a text about the appointment and due to the fact that my husband and I are both over 70, we do not communicate thru text messaging, it is amazing that this is their procedure for her primarily elderly patient load. I can not believe that they cancelled our appointment when we had not confirmed or cancelled solely by text! It has been very difficult getting my husband to doctors appointments due to his mental/ physical issues. Even more overwhelming, was the total lack of compassion shown to us by the young woman in the office. It has been almost a full week and we have not heard anything from Dr Reyes or her staff.

I cannot say enough positive things about Dr. Reyes. She may be small in stature but her heart is as big as the heavens. Her caring, commitment and kindness to her patients AND their families is incomparable. We were so fortunate to have had her care for my husband and by extension for us for several years and up to his last days.

If you want a doctor who will help your parent(s) maintain their independence and dignity, then look elsewhere. When I finally convinced her to see Dad and me so we could ask questions regarding the probate court competency evaluation that she filled out on him (without his knowledge or consent), Dr. Reyes' response was-I'm not going to be interrogated by you. The questions that we wanted to ask were legitimate, and created for us by another physician.

If you love your family member and want the best care for them, this isn't the doctor to see. When I asked questions regarding my Mom at her appointment, Dr. Reyes response was I'm not going to argue with you. We weren't trying to argue, only understand and convey other issues my Mom has & care she was receiving from other doctors. Every appointment we made when the time got close we would get a call to change it. 1st apt. good, downhill after that. Found another doctor for my Mom.
