Rapid Decline in Quality
Because of Dr.Pino's personal issues I was moved to Diaz. At first I didn't have any serious issues, but now its crystal clear that a major cloud of contempt and hostility has gathered over the entire office. Its not obvious that this is due to Pino's absence, but its possible. I had been with this office for around 10 years and I've had a few problems, but this past year has proved too much for me.The staff are some of the rudest and most unhelpful I've ever interacted with, in any setting. Its as if, the patients are 'problems' that need to be handled. Not real people with serious mental illness. We are just bodies to the staff, and it appears that Diaz allows it or doesn't care. Dr. Pino's staff had always been quite kind, but that is no more. Many of them have adopted a rather sinister attitude. Impatient, careless, panicked, and wildly unprofessional. Avoid these people. If you still don't believe me and the others here, try it for yourself. It won't take long to notice.

I would never recommend her
Dr Diaz was falling asleep listening to my obviously boring mental health issues ° she looked around the room, fiddeled with her hands just anything to make me feel my issues and my life falling apart was very boring ° offered zero advice ° worse Dr I have been to in my 57 years. She gives "real doctors" a bad name

I’ve been seeing her for well over 10 years and she has changed in the last year. She’s become argumentative with MY choice of the drug store. Last week when I FaceTimed with her she pissed ?? me off. Time to find a new doctor. And yes she is there to write ?? scripts and she use to listen ??.

I've been seeing Dr Diaz for a few months and have been extremely pleased with the improvement so far. She listens and has given great feedback along with making sure the medicine I'm on is working. She's personable and I've enjoyed each visit so far.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides mental health counselling to persons with a dual diagnosis of a major physical disorder and mental health issues. Over the past 10 years I have been referring my clients, who have mental health complications and medications that can cause serious interactions,to Dr.Diaz. All of the persons referred have spoken highly of her and I have been impressed with her evaluation process; as well as her professional and caring approach.

She is pretty much just there to write scripts. Doesn't seem to listen beyond what your meds are doing to you. I have had urgent work-related paperwork I needed to get in involving my psychiatric issues and Dr. Diaz and her staff seem to have done everything in their power to stall, find reasons they cannot do what they said they would, and then finally incorrectly fill out paperwork that may end up causing me my job due to the amount of time it has taken them to submit incorrect information.

I have been coming to this office for over a year. I really hate writing bad reviews, but I am going to. This is going to be a novel and I apologize in advance. 1. I have been coming here for over a year and every single time I've had an appointment Dr. Diaz has had the wrong chart. I understand there is someone else with my same name, but not the same birthday. I always say my birthday when I make the appointment but every single time the chart is wrong. This would be pretty minor if not for th
