Dr. Margarita Cancio, MD

First Contact with Dr Cancio was in hospital and she was consulted on my case thankfully. She saved my life from septic shock and then I have seen her multiple times since then over the years for chronic infections. I have a immune deficiency. She has been way ahead of other Dr's. She listens, she is very thorough, does not take chances, is quick to act if needed, and is very caring, personable and I still see her 15 years later when needed. I would take my children or grandchildren to her I respect her that much. She is what you look for in a Dr especially when you are sick and everyone else gives up on you!! The office staff are very kind, efficient, and know what they are doing as they have a lab and infusion abilities on site with highly trained staff. It is very clean and they are very careful with you. If you need an ID Dr you should consult with Dr Cancio and see for yourself.

Numerous interactions including during my hospitalization, telemeds and personal visits. Dr. Cancio is bright and engaging, friendly and to the point. Clearly, she has her patient's best interests in-mind,

Dr. Cancio is the best! Very knowledgeable and thorough and excellent "bedside manner". The really cares about her patients and I would recommend her for excellent care.

She's knowledgeable and competent. However, she's overextended resulting in wait times that are often 2 hours or more. Her office staff are not warm and friendly.

LOVE Dr Cancio. I can't say enough good about her. She hard to get an appointment with but that is a result of the level of care she gives. If you can, get an early morning appointment as she tends to run late in the afternoon I can't think of any other Dr that will need to be a part of my life than Dr. Cancio
