Took my mother to see Dr. Western, she is still sick with the same problem 2 months later. Every time i called to talk to someone, nobody even called me back. Ended up in the emergency room at a time when there were no bed available, so we were in there all day to get IV's. If she just would have taken the time to listen and help her, that day in the ER could have been avoided. Do not like her at all. She just didn't seem to care.

Seen her for post partuam depression and without her asking one single question about how I was feeling she said I was fine because "I looked happy" she then decided to start chewing me out for my son "being so overweight" when I tried to tell her he was only in the 35 percentile she started laughing and said "that's not possible" and begin to chew me out again. That's what the whole appt consisted of when the appt was not for him at all she's never even seen him before!!!
