It felt like she was the first doctor to listen after having insulin resistance and gave me plenty of time 45 min to discuss on first day options and treatment plan I’d feel comfortable with. The one front desk was cranky on the phone as well as in person but warmed up once I told her how amazing Dr Ryan is.

HEARTLESS Practice!! My father who had several major seizures and ended up in emergency room at Bryn Mawr Hospital was referred to this practice to be seen by an endocrinologist. He had strokes years ago which made it a huge deal for him to be physically there at the office, taking several hours to make out of the house that is not handicap accessible. He started to cough (with his mask on), which he often does when he is tired from not swallowing correctly. He had no temperature and because he’s been home bound, he was essentially quarantined for weeks with his wife who was taking care of him. Dr. Ryan REFUSED to see him because of his cough. I explained the situation to the office manager who relayed the message but despite knowing how much of effort it was for him to be physically there, she still refused. Did “Dr.” Ryan take an Hippocratic Oath when she became a doctor? Shame on her and this practice hiding behind their “COVID policy” and refusing to see patient!

Very difficult to get appointments. Dr. Ryan is abrupt and doesn't seem to care about questions or concerns. I always felt she was annoyed so I am finding another doctor.

If you have thyroid disease, avoid going to this physician. She treats you based on blood work only and doesn’t care how the treatment makes you feel. In the few years I went to her, she continued to change my dosing until I could barely function. I finally changed doctors and my new physician was appalled at how poorly I was treated.

Dr. Ryan is very understanding. She realizes that diabetes presents many challenges and no 2 days are the same. She has realistic expectations of patients' ability to control their A1c levels. She LISTENS! I alway felt respected and a part of tge team managing my diabetes. I have recommended Dr. Ryan to many people.

RUDE staff, first of all. The woman who schedules appointments is gruff and downright nasty. Secondly, the doctor is so basic it's shocking. When I asked why I'd been losing tons of eyebrows/lashes, she suggested 'you may be unconsciously pulling them out'. Yes, really! My female hormone panel was seriously off and she dismissed it. When I asked how to treat my Hashimoto's thyroiditis, she sent me away without caring about what caused it. Don't waste your time.
