Your receptionist Jennifer bullies and belittles people on the phone, then had the nerve to accuse me of belittling her. She hates people and should not be allowed to speak to them

Extremely rude and disrespectful. Complete disregard for the welfare of her patients. She completely botched a very serious surgery and ruined my father's back. And then went on to refuse to see him again or even speak to him. Horrible person and an even worse doctor.

I am six weeks out from Dr Nichols performing a fusion of L5 and S1. I did not expect to feel this good so soon. I am very grateful to Dr. Nichols and her staff. I was given exceptional and professional care. I couldn't be more satisfied with the results.

When she has a patient that obviously is alergic to a medication and or reaction to a med. She won't even change the med to help a patient. If your just in it for the money go into plastic surgery.

She did back surgery on me a few months ago. I feel like she gave me my live back. I had tried every other thing for 10 years, including PT, pain injection and pain meds. I should have gone to Dr. Nichols 10 years ago. I truly believe when she first examined me if she thought she could not help me she would have told me so right then.
