Waste of time and money! My wife and I held my son out of school to see this 'oral surgeon' for a 2nd opinion for a simple biopsy procedure on my son, which an endodontist referred. We also adjusted our work schedules. My wife was told the initial evaluation cost $100, and an estimate for the plan of care would follow. It sounded reasonable since it was for a 2nd opinion. We had diagnostic scans in hand with a referral letter from the endodontist, and the other oral surgeon stated it was a simple procedure with quick recovery. After the consult, my wife checked out and was told the consult cost had doubled to $200. My wife asked why the 2x increase and was told longer duration meetings cost more—unbelievable, variable pricing on a simple biopsy procedure. My wife later said that during that visit, the doctor took a 15-minute call from another doctor on a different patient. OUTRAGEOUS!

Person who does the insurance charges high prices out of pocket and still hasn't submitted my daughters claim to Humana. We paid and I called Humana and they advised they only submitted a pre-determination of services and not the actual claim. No one calls back and they are all very unfriendly. I wouldn't take any more of my kids here.

Dr Diaz and staff put me at ease regarding my molar extraction, office was clean, and both the dentist and staff were knowledgeable, thorough and responsive. Explained procedure, gave excellent aftercare instructions and followed up with me immediately after I got home from the office and the next day. I can't say that I love going to the dentist, but I would definitely use Dr Diaz again.

Went to Dr Diaz for extensive implant procedures. He is extremely knowledgeable and although I was nervous, having serious medical issues, he not only put me at ease but was knowledgeable on my medical issues and contacted my doctors to ensure the treatment plan would be successful. The office staff are absolutely wonderful. Cost may be a bit higher but well worth it for ease of mind and success rate. He is the best around.

I can’t even begin to express what a great experience my wisdom tooth extraction was. My top left wisdom popped out over this past Wednesday night & Soraya at the front desk helped me so much through the phone and got me in that Friday morning for the surgery. So sweet and took her time with me, and the other sweet ladies at the front desk were so kind (don’t remember all the names but one had short blonde hair & the other had black longer hair) and they loved to make conversation. The girl that took my x-ray was also so sweet & had short black hair. Now for Dr. Diaz, he was heaven sent!!! Of course I was in so much pain, he took his time with me, and made sure I knew everything, and answered all of my mom & my questions honestly. Everyone was so fun and laughed. Wanda and Aracelis in the operating room were beyond kind and made me so comfortable talking to & caring for me. Wanda went over the instructions perfectly and made sure I was beyond safe. I appreciate everyone here so much.

Dr Diaz is excellent profesional and dedicated to his patients.

Dr Marcos Diaz was unprofessional, impatient and has no compassion. My daughter was nervous and he didn’t seem to care and was more concerned about getting surgery done quickly. He was quite rude to her. Nurse and front office staff are good.

The woman who verifies insurance is awful. She only cares to charge you more money for unnecessary X-rays and procedures. She is very rude and has no compassion. This office charges for second opinions on getting wisdom teeth pulled. Would not recommend this office!

Dr. Diaz is very competent - which is most important, his bedside manner is dry & awkward. My daughter, under the guidance of her medical physician, didn't take the pre-antibiotics & disclosed this upon checking in for the surgery. So when Dr. D noted she didn't take them, he said "is there a reason you didn't take the antibiotics or you just couldn't follow directions?" That is obnoxious and off-putting, not to mention his communication was just stilted & awkward. He was better post-op.
