I think that Dr. Borrero's clinic is a great clinic. Service is of excellent quality and each employee strives to provide good service. At the clinic they channel and refer to the correct specialists to give us good medical care. They are very humane when it comes to serving us promptly and carefully and I recommend it to my friends and I thank them for everything they have given me.

I have been with the Borrero Clinic for over 10 years. Before the pandemic, it was quite good. Since then, the staff at the front desk has made it impossible to deal with them. One example: 2 weeks ago, I saw Dr. Najar. He gave me a new prescription. The Assistant called it in to the wrong pharmacy. She then called it in to the correct one but did not cancel the first one, so I never got the prescription. This week, I tried to correct the situation. She did exactly the same thing, so I still don't have the prescription. 3 days ago, I called & asked that she return my call. Still waiting for that to happen. Meantime I still don't have the medication. Seriously considering changing doctors, out of this clinic. They can't seem to get the problems with the staff taken care of.

Dr. Borrero office
I have been with Dr. Bravo for over 20 years. My entire Family. He is caring, outstanding and listens to us. He has helped my family through good and bad. He has really shown us all how to overcome alot. From fevers to depression. We appreciate him very much! There has only been one thing that has changed at this office. The staff that answers the phones are not as caring as the doctors. They leave you on hold for over 30 mins at a time. Only to hang up on you. Hopefully they can get back to the way they used to be. Caring for sick people again.

Marcos is useless. He regaled me with Navy doc stories while overlooking my heart failure for two years. He was concerned about my diabetes. My A1C = 5. He is retarded. His front office is inept.

great doctors ! terrible receptionists .. rude very rude and terrible people skills .. if you have a great expetince with the doctor , the front plp will make sure you leave angry from that office

Waiting for my Doctor more than one hour and they have a sign saying: If your wait time has been more than 20 minures, let us know so we can help you...... but they do NOTHING!!!! Oh yeah... I still here, WAITING.

I treat pediatric as well as geriatric patients. I accept walk-in appointments and treat chronic fatigue syndrome, headaches, neck pain and a full spectrum of primary medical conditions. I also provide school and sports physicals and am available for second opinions.
