Please think twice before visiting this facility. Dr Salazar MIGHT be ok himself(2 stars because of it) but the supporting staff, like his assistant Mike and the schedulers are questionable at the very least. Not only they have screwed up by missing my appointment, which by the way hosed my long weekend plans, when I came there, after they were looking for the appointment for a 5 minutes(yes running to the back office to ask for an opening with the doctor), then when it became obviously, don't you think they said sorry? No no, they had the nerve to say, well, you are late, that is why the system marked you no show, and we couldn't find your appointment, all this while I was standing in front of them!!! I was in shock, such didn't happen to me even in Dominos, let along the specialist's (?) medical office. Be aware, whatever they do wrong, they cover airtight, not admitting the fault leads to hushing the problems and degrading. Their mother org, evergreen hospital, while admitting the f

Dr. Salazar was very friendly and funny. He explained everything to me so in detail. The procedures have been unpleasant but he has been top notch. The only down side is his scheduling department. They never call me as he says they will and I must call several times to get through to them.

Dr Salazar is top notch. He and his assistant (Mike) made an unpleasant test procedure as comfortable as could be hoped for. My questions were answered, results (clear=good, whew!!) were communicated clearly.

Regretfully the office staff at Dr Salazar's office are a 'deal breaker'. Slow in answering the phone, incompetent in handling their job and likely are actively sabotaging Dr. Salazar's success. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE OFFICE STAFF.
