Just got notice that Dr Cook is going to a self pay system and leaving all insurance plans. Very disappointed as she is a wonderful and caring doctor. I don't know if I am eligible but I would consider seeing her in a self pay basis....she is that good!

Dr. Cook is an excellent doctor. What I liked most about her is that she takes the time to answer your questions and educate you. She gets to know her patients and cares about them.

I'm not usually one to write reviews but after debating I decided to leave one for Dr Cook because she blew me away. I have MAJOR anxiety when going to the doctor after a horrible incident years ago. She made me so comfortable, couldn't be nicer or more caring than she is. She listens to you. And her staff is SO sweet. After two visits I actually look forward to seeing her again. Which is something I never say about doctors! I couldn't recommend her highly enough. She's a keeper!!!

Dr. Cook will try to get as much money out of you as possible and will not consider your best interests. She insists patients come to her office to hear their results, which indeed involves a co-pay, and potentially a steep one depending on your deductible. She also ran an unnecessarily intense blood test with LabCorp that cost me hundreds of dollars without any warning (not to mention she failed to draw blood and sent me to LabCorp for them to do it, which cost $72). Blatantly untrustworthy.
