I have been asking for a specialist referral since my child was born and she has REFUSED to give it. We were seeing a NP there who we loved but she left so we transferred to Rupley. I brought up my concerns and was treated horribly. As she walked out she turned around and asked my husband and I if either of us are in the medical field then proceeded to say “well I’ve been doing this for 30+ years so I know that’s not the problem.” She gave us wrong facts about the disorder of concern (said it’s only hereditary, but 50% of cases are spontaneous according to NORD) We finally got a referral from the new NP after one visit with her (would’ve kept seeing the NP but were told we weren’t allowed to?) and when Rupley had us come in for a follow up, she had no idea why we were there, what we had seen the specialist for and asked who we got the referral from. She adamantly disagreed with us again even AFTER the specialist at Cooks expressed much agreement with our concerns and initiated testing

Can't believe all the negative reviews. I always have good experiences and I feel like Dr. Rupley always answers my questions and listens to my concerns. I've never had to wait too long either.

I recommend the clinic (because of the staff) but not the physician. We went to a wellness appointment and Dr. Rupley said my baby was fat. Not chunky or slight overweight. She had the nurse weigh her again, because the numbers did not seem right. She went on a short rant about how moms think their babies are going to lose weight when they start walking and that is not always the case. Then they carry that weight throughout the years and reach their teens being overweight. Being an overweight teen leads to depression and then moms are wondering why it happened and don't realize it was their faults. A new mom does not need to hear or feel like this at her baby's second appointment.

I switched providers because my experience was so bad. I took my 1 year old in for a suspected ear infection. Dr. Rupley took a cursory look in my daughter's ear and said it wasn't an ear infection, then proceeded to tell me that she was probably just fussy. When I asked what would be causing her symptoms like fever/loss of appetite, I was told that I wasn't a "real" mom because I only had one child. I had to directly ask her to listen to heartbeat, breathing, take temperature, etc. as she wasn't performing any examination other than the quick look in the ear. I took my daughter to another clinic the next morning and lo and behold, ear infection. One star only because it's required to submit a review. Should be zero stars.

Waiting room is completely bare, which struck me as odd for a pediatrician's office. The waiting time is horrible. We had appointments at 8:30 on multiple occasions. We would arrive at 8:15 and the doctor would arrive around 8:45-8:50. One time, they were so far behind, they took my children's vitals and discussed medical history in the waiting room, in front of other patients. Doctor is rude. If you worry about your child feeling discriminated against for ASD, don't come here.

Horrible. Rude. Doesn't not care for patients. Don't be a concern mother because she will fuss at you for being worried. I had an we visit with my 2 month old who was struggling to breathe and had a fever. Was told to follow up with my pediatrician and she told me I was wasting her time. Never ever would I see her again

Even when you have an appointment it literally takes them 1 hour and 45 min or longer to see you.... I have been seeing her for two years, currently looking for a new Pediactric office. This place is awful...

I don't know why she has mixed reviews but our experience was wonderful. She took her time to get to know both my daughter and myself, probably more than most doctors we have been to. I thought she was very thorough in my daughter's exam and didn't beat around the bush about her health concerns. I would highly recommend Dr Rupley. Her staff was very pleasant to work with also.

PLEASE don't take your kids to her!!! I finally switched doctors. Don't know why I didn't do it sooner...she did not take the time to get to know my kids and doesn't seem to care about my concerns. Does not take the time to explain and tries to rush you out the door. Not kid friendly as you would think a pedi office should be or pediatrician for that matter. She's getting a star for "Likihood of recommending Dr.Rupley" because it wouldn't like me submit a review with it.

Very rude and doesn't take the time to really connect with the patients. Privacy was a huge issue! There was one time she left the door open with a patient in her office talking about her (patients) STD problem and how that woman needs to handle it. She treated her like a piece of dirt! When Dr. Rupley came into check my daughter I would explain what was going on and she completely disregarded me. Made me feel like a bad parent for an infection I couldn't control. Just stay away from her!
