Staff need retraining on what PATIENT CARE is all about! I was waiting to hear back on blood work and after about 2 weeks with no phone call, I called them, or rather left a message because they don’t answer the phone if you are wanting to discuss results, it ALWAYS goes to voicemail. I left detailed info on WHAT I was calling for and where I got the blood work done. When I did actually get to speak to them they asked what I wanted… as if my 3 detailed messages didn’t explain that. I was then told by Darcy that they did not receive the results and that I needed to call the lab and have them fax again. I found this disturbing, as it is their job, not mine, to do so, but I called and did it anyway. Two days pass and no follow-up call so I call them and again have to leave a message. I finally get through the next day and they said no they still don’t have it. She refused to call lab and said I needed to drive there and pick them up myself! Complete laziness!

I didn't believe my mother when she complained about her care. I went with her to sit in on an appointment and let me tell you, this doctor needs to lose her license. The appointment was a follow up to get approval for a much needed surgery. It wasn't even in her notes that she(the doctor) had set the appointment or what it was for. She wouldn't approve new prescriptions that were requested by home health care. She wouldn't give any answers when we asked questions, and we are still waiting for her to get my mom in with a surgeon. 2 months and counting while we wait for a new doctor. DO NOT GO TO HER!!!!!!!!

Would not refill prescription for medication taken for many years and definitely needed! Other doctors could not believe she would not fill scrip!
