The worst doctor. Condescending. Does not practice evidence based medicine. A joke to the cleveland clinic system. Would not recommend to anyone.

Couldn't ask for a better Dr
Dr. Fiorentino is 1 in a million! He saved my husbands life & I will forever be grateful for him. His office staff knows us on a first name basis and couldn't be more helpful! Dr. F has such a calming and reassuring personality, he really takes his time as well as answers any questions. You can tell that he truly does care for his patients and wants the very best. The type of care Dr. F gives is near extinction.

I was told I would not owe any additional money. However, I was billed for both office visits due to medical coding. The office staff, Joan, was horrible and would not listen to concerns.

I made it very clear before I made a appointment that I need a lyme literate doctor because I was having issues with the doctors in this state treating me successfully. I was told he could help me and to bring my current medical file with current test results. I did as asked and brought my files. He never looked at them and said, well you look well today and don't have a fever. Call me when you do. Spent only about 10 minutes with me. I left crying! No help offered at all! Not Lyme literate!

We saw him this morning and he was completely rude. We we're referred there by our family Dr. My daughter has been sick off and on for the last two years, strep and mono all the time. Very sick on a daily basis. He reviewed her paperwork told her she didn't have anything of concern and told us good luck. I asked him what we were supposed to do or where to go from here and he shrugged his shoulders. My daughter sobbed as we left the office because she is so tired of being sick.

Dr. Fiorentino is an excellent physician. I am alive today, because he was able to prescribe the correct medication for my condition. I have seen him for over 10 years. He's knowledgeable and compassionate.

I called to make an appointment for my mother in law. The office staff that answered the phone was extremely rude. Place me on hold for almost five minutes. The phone obviously has ringback for people on hold. That nasty rude individual answered the phone and yelled at me because I kept calling back. I only called the office one time. She obviously did not have the intelligence to know that phones have ringback. And thenyelled at me because she's the only office staff there that day.
