Dr. Marc Liang, MD

From April through August 2022, I received cosmetic treatments for my upper thighs (Exilis to tighten skin) and face ( Halo and Ultherapy to reduce frown lines and produce collagen) at Dr. Liang's Aesthetic Plastic Surgery of Pittsburgh, LLC,. I was seriously disfigured. In October 2022 Dr. Liang examined the adverse effects and said he would fix the problems, but he never followed through. I sought opinions from two other highly reputed plastic surgeons in Pittsburgh. and they informed me that the costly procedures I received from Dr. Liang’s staff would never bring about the improvements I sought . In July 2023 I met with his Office Manager who was hostile and rude. She agreed to send me a check for the corrective treatments. I never received check. Dr. Liang does not take responsibility for the services provided by his staff. My identity is as a woman is damaged. I would like to hear from other individuals who had similar experiences with Dr. Liang and his staff.

Dr. Marc Liang performed a calf augmentation on me. Because he put too much fat in, I have several bumps of necrotic tissue pressing onto my nerves. I got an MRI on my calf to confirm this. I have pins and needles and pain all the way up my leg. Plus, my calf looks distorted now. I have been crippled, as it is uncomfortable to stand and walk. My whole life has been ruined! I have spent large amounts of money on medical attention trying to find help. I have reached out to Dr. Liang for help and he has not responded. I have contacted Natalie Stright, and she is very cold and has no interest in replying to my emails and calls. Because of the faulty work Dr. Liang performed, I will continue to suffer and live crippled. He has no human decency to address this!

Great doctor

Waited over hour and half. During exam he left several times. His assistant very curt and did not want to deal with us. Dr was arrogant, made me very uncomfortable during exam and lectured me on eating habits then would lose weight! Not reason I was there! Natalie his assistant gave us price quote and said she follow up...never heard from her! They charge a $250 consultation fee because after your visit you won’t ever be back! If you read all the reviews on him it is very clear he has many issues!

I have been very impressed with Dr.Liang and his staff. Dr. Liang is talented and intelligent and kind. He gave me exactly what I asked for and did it with exceptional professionalism.

Dr. Liang did a wonderful job for me (67 year old woman with sagging chin and eyes). My chin is better than it ever was before and you can see my eyes again: no more under-eye bags and drooping lids. Things to know: he takes LOTS of time with his patients, making sure that he really understands what you want and that you really understand what he can and cannot do. This means he often gets behind with his consultations, so bring a book. He is worth waiting for.

Dr. Liang was recommended to me several years ago, and since then he has given to me absolutely beautiful surgical results -- I feel increasingly confident and beautiful. Dr. Liang brings to his work immensely talented surgical expertise and technique, together with meticulous attention to detail and a truly gifted eye for aesthetic beauty. His uncompromising drive to achieve optimal results creates opportunity for unsurpassed results.

Extremely attentive and knowledgable, best bed side manner of any doctor that I've ever met. He's honest in his opinion of what he thinks about your look and what you do or do not need. He's a great proponent of pairing a healthy lifestyle with any cosmetic procedure or product. He offers a great combination of conventional medicine/plastic surgery knowledge as well as functional and holistic medicine knowledge. He's forward thinking in his approach to health and aging.
