Urology appointment
Not the best bed side manor rushes you out and shuts down questions. Unless you ask them more or once would recommend bring another person with you as he will answer your questions if you and the other person ask after he ignores them or shuts it down.

Dr. Holden is highly competent and caring.
My visit went well. A prostate biopsy is not a way I like to spend a day, but Dr. Holden made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. He has great people skills and is highly competent.

Excellent urologist. Great bedside manners.
Great process from beginning to end. Staff was professional and courteous. Anesthesiologist and Dr. Holden were great. They both explained everything in detail and empathetic with great bedside manners. I would highly recommend to anyone needing surgery.

Seems like good Doc but staff is useless.
I have been trying for three weeks to get the results of a test from his staff. They cannot tell me or send me to VM. Looking for a new provider as I cannot put up with the staff of Genesis anymore.
