Dr Effron has been my pain management Dr for over 6 years. He worked with me to find the right meds to make my life better. Both hips replaced and back fused. I can call and he or his team will get back to me that day!

Awful. All he wanted to do were shots in my herninated discs, I spent thousands on 2 of them, neither worked and it took me going to a Chiropractor who looked at my MRI to figure out I had a fracture in my lower spine. If you're reading this, these people have no interest in helping you, they want to bill the insurance company for these epidural shots that don't work. I then called him to ask if he saw the Pars Defect in the MRI (which I don't think he ever looked at) and he told me to set up a tele visit ( to be able to bill again) tp discuss. I'm sure these comments get flooded out by fake ones, but please, go see a real doctor. Do not go to these people.

I've had back and neck pain for over 20 years. At the urging of my primary care physician, I sought treatment at Main Line Spine with Dr, Effron. Dr. Effron has helped me tremendously with my back and neck pain with procedures that I never knew could help me. I am very thankful for his patience, understanding and expertise. I recommend him all the time to friends that have back/neck issues.

Dr. Effron is the best. He did a cervical epidermal without sedation. I was apprehensive at first, but he completed the procedure and I didn't feel anything. Will do in the future without sedation.

Dr Effron is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. He listens to his patients and is concerned for the way they are feeling. I recommend him to anyone who asks me about a good pain specialist

He has a terrible bedside manner and did not listen to my requests and needs. He pushed me to get more injections without sedation, telling me I was young and would likely need injections periodically. His inability to listen to my request for sedation, his callous attitude and negative outlook on my condition and future really set my recovery back by months and years. A doctor responsible for the care of critically injured patients in chronic pain has to be more sensitive and caring than he is.

I have been a patient of Dr. Effron's for over 7 years, I have severe pain and because I have stomach problems I am limited to pain medication. I literally could not walk at one point, before seeing this group. He is just an overall great guy, takes his time to listen to his patients. This group is the best, they care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Effron. His medical assistant, Donna is very professional and always returns phone calls.
