What an amazing experience, to be treated by Dr. Marc Dinkin. I had an unusual eye condition and , from the time I was 7, was treated by a famous specialist till he retired when I was in my 30’s . I couldn’t find anyone knowledgeable enough to replace him. Imagine my joy at finding Dr Dinkin, who knew all the right stuff, and had new, modern ways to further improve my vision. Even more of a blessing, in a world where it’s hard to keep any doctor’s attention, young Dr Dinkin, on seeing I had difficulty walking, had the compassion to make a diagnosis and recommend a neurologist who specialized in treating my specific problem. Marc Dinkin is one remarkably smart Neuro Opthalmologist. Oh, his staff is great also, but if the wait is long, it’s because he really gives his attention to each patient!

Totally INCONSIDERATE!!
Dr. Dinkin put me on a medication to treat my optical neurological condition and said to get back to him advising if I thought it was helping. I have sent him 3 emails and after 2 months he has yet to respond to me. Totally INCONSIDERATE!! Don't waste your time with a doctor who has no regard or cares for his patients.

wasted my time
I waited for 2 hours but was unable to see a doctor. I was forced by his assistants to do the same unnecessary tests I have already done with another doctor two weeks ago. I had my test results but they did not accept them. I was asked to sign refraction consent which I refused since I have new glasses. After 2 hours of waiting I was told that I will need to wait another hour and if I had no time I should reschedule appointment. This was the first time I went to a doctor, waited for 2 hours and could not see him. This is simply disrespectful to the patient's needs. Never going back again. Horrible experience!

Dr. Dinkin truly goes above and beyond. Appointment does not feel rushed he truly took the time to listen to my complex case and get to the bottom of my issue. He listened to my complete medical history to gain the best understanding and was extremely wise and thoughtful. He took the time to throughly look over my scans and make sure he was coming to the appropriate diagnosis. If you’re considering Dr. Dinkin look no further he is everything you want in a doctor and more with an excellent compassionate demeanor.

Dr. Dinkin is the nicest doctor I have ever met. He is so knowledgeable and kind and caring and explains things in a way you can understand without talking down to you. I cannot recommend him highly enough. I travel nearly 3 hours each way to see him!

It was a mere waste of time. No honesty in work, diagnosis or course of treatment prescribed. This facility exists merely to grab your insurance money. Stay away from this place. State regulators need to launch investigations on billing practices.

I have never written a review on a public forum before, but found this doctor to be one of the most extraordinary I have ever met. He took so much time and care in examining my daughter and through this very careful exam noticed some very subtle things that so many others had overlooked. A brilliant diagnostician with an incredible bed-side manner (I saw this in the way he interacted with other patients as well) and runs an efficient and professional office. The gold standard of MDs

My 16 year old son had an allergic reaction to an antibiotic he was at Morristown Memorial Hospital for 1 week and could not figure why my son could not see, walk and lost all of his motor skills. I finally gave up on them and found Dr. Dinkin online he examined my son for 3 hours and had a diagnosis my son had swelling of the brain due to the reaction of the medication they called it cerebellitis. He walked with us to the hospital made sure my son was admitted and the healing process began.

He was extremely thorough and not put off by the fact that I had educated myself about my condition. In fact, he welcomed that. He spoke plainly, pleasantly and with authority and conviction. He was able to provide immediate mitigation of a problem that had lasted over two weeks and correct what was a gross misdiagnosis by the previous doctor I had seen for this problem.
