What a total joke Dr. Brassard is. He used the wrong size knee for my replacement. I spent over a year in pain. I had to have revision. Different surgeon. He has horrific bedside manner. He threw his hands up and said "I don't know what to tell you, go somewhere else".

Dr Brassard operated on me twice and twice their were complications. The first time after arthoscopic surgery for a torn miniscus, I became extremely swollen and was in great pain. He completely blew me off without even checking my medical history. I involved another dr at another practice who looked at my medical records and sent me for further testing. I had developed a blood clot! Second time was a major screw up and again, went elsewhere. I will never see Dr Brassard again. He is surgery happu and doesnt provide decent care.

Having researched Dr. Brassard in advance, I thought I was selecting a high quality ortho doc. I had a TKR in 2015 and it has been poor ever since. Additionally, be aware he and his PA run TWO operating rooms at the same time. Had a known I was signing up for a "chop shop" I would have looked elsewhere. Proof is in the pudding, I am a nurse, my knee was really really swollen, black and blue from the OR case and excruting paiin for months. I am now 3 years post op and would NEVER recommend this team again. He and his PA, while skilled, are all about volume versus finesse. LOOK ELSEWHERE.

My experience with Dr. Brassard is totally negative. He used the wrong size implant for my knee in the first surgery. This caused a lot of extra pain and damage to my knee and surrounding nerve tissues. The implant loosened within less than a year and a total knee revision was required. My knee has sustained so much trauma and damage from his subpar surgeries that I cannot walk correctly or without pain. I found an excellent knee surgeon who got me going in the right direction. Beware!

Dr. Brassard people and Surgical skills are ABSOLUTELY Amazing. I refer him to everyone I can that's having bone on bone knee issues. He has a WONDERFUL Staff as well, that willing to help as needed. I had both my knees replaced by Dr. Brassard and I am doing Wonderfully. I can wear my HEELS again (female thing) LOL!! I have two matching seams :) that healed beautifully. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND him to any and everyone in a Minute. Thank you Dr. Brassard

Dr. Brassard has managed to cripple me at the age of 58. Went in for a routine knee replacement and woke up with five nerves severed in half in my knee. The pain has been level 8-10 for 4 1/2 months until I had denervation surgery to get me some relief. Brassard threw his hands in the air and said “I don’t what to do or say for you anymore”. I had ne clue what was even wrong, yet it’s was done at his hands. Before the nerve surgery , I slept 2-3 hours a day with 20-25 attacks a day of level 10
