Pros: Low waiting times, you don't have to wait long to book appointments (you can call and they'll set you up for the next day), Dr. Lovo gives out referrals easily Cons: Dr. Lovo offers few in office services (such swabs which my last physician was able to perform), Dr. Lovo would rather throw you to a specialist than deal with any issues himself. I went to his office asking for an STD panel and he sent me over to an immunologist that was not able to do those panels for me. This immunologist then sent me to the hospitals emergency room where I was there from 2-10pm only for them to only test me for Hep A and not any of the other STDs that the immunologist ordered. If Lovo had just sent me to a lab for bloodwork, I could've gotten ALL of my results in a few days and been able to discuss them with him. Overall, dissatisfied with the physician and switched to another one. I don't recommend him.

Dr Manuel Lovo attended my 3 children for about 12 yrs. The reason I decided to change is because the office is extremely outdated. I had an issue where the fax wasn't working So I would call for referrals myself. My girls started a new school, sports and new Pediatrician and we have been trying to get copies of vaccines records for the past year. I have filed a complaint against Dr. Lovo and his office. Now all records are in a portal and have a new pediatrician who is very efficient.

Dr. Lovo is an excellent doctor one that cares for the health of his patience, he is not a doctor that cares if he is being paid or not. Dr. Lovo is caring, pays attention to your needs he will do anything it takes to care for your kid. Dr. Lovo is a doctor that when his patience come to his office with a condition that he needs to go back he will call you to make sure that his patient is doing great. If he sends you to the hospital he will make sure he calls and is following up.
