Dr. Franco has been Moms Dr. for more than 25 yrs.
As an only child, my responsibility of taking care of my Mothers when she can’t do so for herself. I take her & I’m present at every visit. Dr. Manuel Franco is Attentive & Cares for her needs. My Mom Rosa Martinez won’t change him for nothing. Having been with him for more than 25 yrs. says a lot. I have 2 Aunts that see him Milagros Gonzalez & Yolanda Gonzalez & my cousin Vickie Arizmendez so does my brother-in-law Miguel Gonzalez.

Unprofessional, rude staff
Had to switch my parents to another doctor because his staff made it almost impossible to get care, refills, or make appointments. They were better at creating barriers. Horrible experience during a very difficult time when one of my parents needed life saving treatment. Dr. Franco seemed fine when we were actually able to meet with him but seemed to disregard any critique of his staff. It took an average of 2-3 weeks and countless voicemails to finally talk with a human at his office and when I did, they acted like they were doing me A favor be answering the call. Totally deplorable for a place that is supposed to be responsive to patient needs. I'd give a -1 if I could. They should be ashamed of themselves.

I've been with Dr. Franco since the early 90's and I will not leave him for no other Dr. Dr. Franco has been with me threw thick and thin. His very attentive to my well being and most of all my health. I would recommend Dr. Franco to anyone that I know or is seeking for a good Dr. I have family that have him as a Dr. I'm so happy to be bless with such a wonderful Dr. Sincerely, Lisa Rodriguez. :)
