Dr. Manuel Esteban-Galindo was a caring and respectful physician who explained everything in detail. He gave me the exact diagnosis and talked to me in words I understood clearly. Despite the waiting room being so full and busy he still found the time to explain my diagnosis and follow up. Definitely recommend this doctor!

Extremely disappointed with the care my son received from Dr. Manuel R. Esteban-Galindo at Westmed Urgent Care (Ridge Hill) on June 16, 2024. Despite exhibiting clear symptoms of a serious underlying condition (tilted head, abnormal eye direction, and reports of walking sideways and bumping into walls), Dr. Esteban-Galindo diagnosed him with muscle spasms in the neck and sent him home with acetaminophen and ibuprofen. Just 9 days later, my son was diagnosed with a brain tumor. I believe Dr. Esteban-Galindo's missed diagnosis has potentially compromised my son’s treatment and prognosis. Beware of inadequate care and lack of attention to detail.

The worst visit with a physician I have ever had. I am a physician my self, took my mother for urgent care visit with severe abdominal pain. After evaluation he called us in and before giving us the test results and diagnosis he said he was going to send medication to the pharmacy. When I asked that before he does that I would like to understand what is my mother's diagnosis and receive test results he responded: " you are not treating your mother, when you are her doctor you can have a say". He had the discharge papers in his hand ready to hand them to my mother, he ignored my presence there and tried to speak to her with medical terms ( she is a 75 year old). Her dg was a large kidney stone, she had begged him for help with her pain and he did not give her any pain reliever. He sent her out without alleviating her pain and no pain meds for home. He wanted to send antibiotics without any fever. He did not provide professional courtesy to me and did not assist my mother properly.

Dr. Esteban-Galindo is an excellent clinician; he diagnosed my painful eye issue and followed up with CTs, he then referred me to a vascular specialist. What I really liked about him is that he listens, is knowledgeable and more importantly does not give antibiotics as a first solution.
