I had a small question so left a message for the nurse to call. Dr. Ahmed called me that night to answer all my questions!

I Waited 2 hours to see doct, many many people crammed in waiting room, due to Health concerts,I told receptionist that I would wait in car. I have lung problems,She said “we don’t do that”. So I waited in hall with a bunch of other patients (no chairs in hallway) stood for 2 hours! Come to find out EVERYBODY had a 2:00 appointment !!! Then he spent less than 5 minutes with me. I guess that’s what happens when you OVERBOOK!!!!! He wouldn’t Answer any of my questions. Didn’t have time to.

First visit, kept waiting an hr. Then met 5 mins with Doc.Lots of bloodwork later he found I have a “slight” case of Fybro. I found this insulting, he also said that since my blood work was negative that it was false positives the 6 other times, for other illness. I have a lot of pain and asked I I could increase a med I already take. Not a narcotic. He told me yes, if I tried a med he liked first. Just call. Called. Accused me of being a drug seeker and told me he couldn’t see me anymore.

I really like Dr. Ahmed and his staff. He listens to my concerns, helps me when I need it, and is always able to get me an appointment in a fast time frame. I like that I can access my records online and keep track of my care without having to call the office all the time. His staff is always professional and very nice. I tell everyone about Dr. Ahmed!

I had terrible experiences with Dr Ahmed & his staff. Very disrespectful of my questions, & he did not value my concerns seriously. I felt he dismissed my pain concerns in my back, neck & hands. 18 months later I changed Rheumatologists. She ordered a long list of diagnostic exams, discovered Scleroderma besides the Fibro & osteo art & referred me to other specialists, who found Degenerative Disc disease & Carpel Tunnel.

I have been a patient of Dr. Ahmed since 2006, when I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis. When he left his Lexington practice, I followed him to Richmond. I owe my current state of good health to Dr. Ahmed. As my body continued to betray me, Dr. Ahmed sought to find treatments to improve my quality of life. I am very grateful for his continued care, compassion, and expertise in his field.

Dr Ahmed gave me my life back. I was seeing another doctor and felt I would be wheel chair bond in less then five years and was extremely depressed. I was referred to Dr Ahmed and over the past six years with him I have learned to total trust him my out look is positive after every visit and I am able to do the things I love to do again. I have moved away from Richmond and I still travel to see him. I am moving 698 miles away and I still want to see him. He is an amazing doctor. I recommend.

Dr. Ahmed was very knowledgable about my condition. After my initial visit he prescribed medications and took the time to go over other things I could do at home to help me. I am very impressed with my improvement. I would recommend him to all my family and friends. It is very hard to find a doctor who really cares now a days.
