My family has been going to Ohio Center for Pediatrics since my son was born over 13 years ago. My daughter has been seeing Dr. Pugh since infancy (for almost 11 years). Dr. Pugh is knowledgable, attentive and responsive. She does a great job talking directly to my daughter and remains patient with me as I have a tendency to answer for my daughter. Dr. Pugh listens to my concerns and is excellent at providing practical and appropriate responses while balancing working with me to alleviate the concerns. We also love the practice and appreciate that we have access to other excellent healthcare practitioners when Dr. Pugh is not available. The nursing and other support staff are extremely responsive to my calls and questions. Consulting with Dr. Pugh and calling back quickly when urgent and within the same day when my inquiry is not urgent.

We love Dr. Pugh and continue to drive an hour one way just so our daughter can remain in her care despite a recent move out of town. When our daughter was experiencing chronic ankle pain, we took her to multiple specialists to determine the cause. However, it was Dr. Pugh that recognized she may have a rare genetic condition called Ehlers-Danlos. She referred us to a geneticist who diagnosed her with the condition. Dr. Pugh is an excellent doctor and has always listened to my concerns with compassion and takes the time to really understand what is going on and the unique health needs of my child. She has gone above and beyond on multiple occasions in order to help us ensure my child received the best possible care and appropriate treatment for her health needs.

We have had a great experience with Dr. Pugh with our three kids. My daughter was experiencing rare neurological issues and she referred us to the correct specialist quickly. We appreciate her honesty and experience.
