Doesn't listen to whats wrong. Orders tests and doesn't care about results. Got nowhere with her.

Very unhelpful and extremely condescending. Made the patient feel like a burden. Go see anyone else.

She never did any sort of physical exam, gave me a sample medication that costs $1,000 for 8 days worth if I filled the script. Told me to check back in after the weekend.. after several attempts to get ahold of her I gave up. She has zero regard for her patients. Find someone else

I've been suffering from diabetic neuropathy, ataxia, and extreme tremors. I have been to so many doctors that I lost count. Dr. Tella is one of God's earth angels! She listens and will do anything she can for me. I have finally found a dr that cares. You aren't just a number. She knows you when you walk in the door and she really does care.

I have been seeing Dr Tella for many years for migraines. She is absolutely the best Neurologist I've been to. She has a great memory and has professional staff.

Dr. Tella is great! I've had migraines for 25 years, and have seen multiple doctors for it. Dr. Tella is definitely the best one. I have a really tough case, but (unlike other doctors I've seen) she never gives up on me. She always has suggestions we can try, and keeps herself on the cutting of neurological science. Her office staff is great too! I have dealt with a lot of doctors' staff where I end up doing their jobs for them. Tella's stuff is the exact opposite! If I have an issue that needs resolving, they'll find the answer. The bottom line is that everyone there is not only exceptional at their work, they are exceptional people. I never feel like just another patient. I know they care about me on a personal level, too. I HIGHLY recommend her!

Not worth the headache. You pay up front which is weird because normally you go through insurance. They said they already ran it thru so they knew the cost. I paid only to find out they did not take into account other procedures I had already had. They owe me over $500 which is alot! Then I found out they didn't even file with my insurance which effected my other deductibles on my other procedures. I had to force them to file. The doctor did not care when I told her. She also sent me to the hospital for some procedures that would have been alot less expensive with another facility. When I asked her about it she told me that is where they send people and in the future I should say something. She did not diagnose me correctly. So disappointed.

Dr. Tella has been fantastic! She not only listens intently to what I describe to her, she has me demonstrate certain moves that give her the information that she needs to make informed decisions about my well being. She asks me to follow up with her by phone to let her know how everything is working. I am so very comfortable and pleased with her as my physician.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Tella since 2009 and everything has always gone well! Lately she won’t even return a call or answer questions about my medication.

Although Dr Tella was helpful and friendly, her policy of not referring patients when they move out of state is very inconvenient and poor continuity of care. We had to get a referral from a primary care doctor that did not even see my daughter for her migraines. This slowed the process of getting an appointment with a new physician and when we asked for a prescription to get us to that appointment, she refused. This is not good customer care, nor is it good community care.
