I had several Residents sit in on my procedure. They were extremely kind. Told me I was in good hands. One even shared he had surgery by one of my Dr's. And he was wonderful. Found this to be very kind & extremely caring. I was truly touched by his kindness.

They were very professional, very understandable and clear in the dialogue and in dealing with me, I am very grateful to all of them. Thank you very much and blessings

My only feedback is I was told that my information would be put online for me to read through the Providence app and I haven't seen that yet.

It took forever to schedule an appointment with them. Not because they were fully booked but because we couldn't get in contact with them. The number we were given wasn't the correct one and we were routed to four other departments before getting the right number. One of the departments had never even heard of the procedure I needed. Please update the call list for departments and make sure the ones who answer the phone are knowledgeable of where to direct patients if they do get the wrong number. The staff said that this has happened before and other departments don't know to route people to the correct place. This is inconvenient for patients because we also don't know where we're supposed to go and who to contact and we trust that the employees do.

I was quite pleased with my experience.

I will say my fellowship doctor Dr. Ho was out that day I find the collaboration of having a fellowship doctor makes me feel like I have more time to express and communicate what has happened in between appointments before the attending doctor comes in as it was 6 months since my last and I spent a lot of time with Dr.Ho on my initial appointment so I was hoping to see both doctors. I luckily had prepared notes and questions for my appointment so I was able to get everything answered from Dr.Korb since I was able to kinda rapid fire questions which I'm used to doing at other doctors offices but really like having residents/fellows on my case as well since I have multiple conditions. I also go to uci integrative health and love having a resident on my case they are referring me to a second Naturopath and I requested it be with a resident so I have two doctors on the case. On a different note I am happy I was able to get my next appointment 4 months out because last time it was 6 months. I also find it refreshing Dr. Korb did give me options in approachs to my POTS and is letting me try lifestyle modifications 1st before adding meds and typically in the past I don't feel like my previous doctors gave me much input in treatment plan so I do feel like I'm actually heard at my appointment which is huge for me.

My experience with this particular office was a pleasant experience.

It was worth the wait.

I finally felt heard and seen by this facility, which after 2 years with an undiagnosed illness, was amazing. I finally feel like they might find a way to help me

UCI neurologist wad real helpful she answered all my questions and gave me the information that I needed they're always really good at UCI and always listen to me and answer my questions I would highly recommend UCI to people

It might help to add a link to the appt notice with detailed parking instructions and maps. If you've never been there is very confusing

It was a wonderful experience and both Dr. Korb and her support were very friendly, attentive and really made the visit a very positive encounter

All the providers and staff were excellent. I always get excellent care when I come to UCI. I feel fortunate to have them as my medical caregivers. Thank you very much.

I was disappointed in the doctor on this visit in that she did not know what transpired at a doctor visit that she sent me on (she didn't even have my chart open) and that she did not display confidence in the diagnosis. The worst thing was she referred me for a brain MRI but was not able to book a follow up appointment for 6 months! I could have something seriously wrong and not know for 6 months. That is unexpectable! In addition, I waited after the visit for the assistant to bring me orders and I had to go find her and explain to her what she needed to do before she finally did it.

results were to be sent to mychart, but I have not received them as yet. How do I get them??

Dr. Manisha Korb is very empathetic and listened to my concerns and suggestions.

Dr Korb and her staff, especially Nurse {staff name removed}, are excellent! They are always very knowledgeable, personable and make my visit a positive experience.
