He always listens to me, gives accurate diagnosis, staff is friendly. He really does care. He is easy to talk to.

can not recommend at all

In my opinion, the level of care provided by this man and his staff is dangerous. His scales didn't work properly. His blood pressure cuff didn't work (they "guessed" at the correct reading). My temperature was never taken. The exam room doors were all open - my conversation was not private. He later hollered from the end of the hallway asking me about some of my symptoms - no respect for privacy or common decency. Sub-par care was given at every step of my treatment.

i was sent to this man by disability over a hip and head injury, he wouldnt look me in the eyes, accused me of lying, when i told him my injury was a fractured ball joint in my left hip he just looked at me like i made up a new word. ER in abilene gave me 3 xrays from different angles and recommended me to an orthopedic surgeon, shroff gave me 1 xray and said nothing was wrong. either he dont know what he's doing or else he discriminates. he's probably the best "doctor" big spring could afford

Excellent Doctor. He and the nurses at SMMC basically brought my mom back from a life threatening situation. Thanks Dr. Shroff!

Dr. Shroff saw me quickly.He and his staff were very competent. They took excellent care of me in an unusual situation.

Unprofessional, extremely lacking in courtesy, knowledge or compassion. Should not be in any medical field.

Do not schedule an appointment here unless you enjoy spending your entire day in the waiting room. Second appointment in a row I have waited over 3 hours to be seen. Yes 3 hours. Go elsewhere or get on web md and diagnose yourself. Best of luck to all that see this guy.
