The Doctor is great, but the front desk staff is the worst. If the doctors and NP weren't so good, I would have switched providers a long time ago

"I have to wait for 75 mins for a wellness check and Doctor never turned up. I have to go and check the nurse practitioner couple of times and stiil no response. Finally when he came up and he never apologized for the delay. I asked him for reason for delay of 75 mins and asked him please address this in future as i cant wait 75 mins for visit. He said he cant do much and this is what you expect here and asked if you still wanted to be treated. I argued him your response is very unfair and he said i cant treat you and you can leave. Extremely Unprofessional, Very Rude, Unapologetic for making the patient wait and he also said at the end dont comeback. He should be removed from practicing medicine."

Love Dr. Shah extremely caring and professional. Takes time to listen to your concerns. Would highly recommend to anyone. My entire family goes there from grandchildren new born to my parents int their 70's. All great experiences.

I have been a patient of Dr. Shah's for many years and he is top-notch! Whether it is a yearly checkup- or I am ill... I always get the best treatment from the staff and Dr. Shah. It is as if I am their only patient. It is rare to not be able to offer ANY suggestions for improvement- but they are knocking the ball out of the park. Dr. Shah is the best. It is just that simple! Dr. Shah has become my PCP since my move to Wesley Chapel. He is very thorough in his review of my past records. He listened to my concerns and we set up a health plan of action for me. I am very pleased with the level of care I am receiving and even more thrilled to drop two of my prescription medicines! I highly recommend Dr. Shah.

The physicians at this location seem to be fine. The problem is with the staff. The staff at this office are rude and virtually unwilling to assist. They refused to properly submit referrals to proper way that is required by insurance (humana). Even after our insurance called to straighten things out the office refused and were rude to the insurance representative. A formal complaint was filed against this office by us and the insurance company. We will be changing providers.

I've been a patient of Dr Shah's for 11+ yrs now. While we've had our normal & expected ups & downs (wait times, scheduling), I can honestly say Dr Shah saved my life this week. LITERALLY SAVED MY LIFE. I went to an after-hours clinic 1/15/18, where they grossly misdiagnosed me. Dr Shah successfully diagnosed (telephonically!) the next morning that I had a pulmonary embolism (lung blood clot), despite my not having clots before. Thanks to him, the ER confirmed & treated it sooner. THANK YOU!!!!!

Both my husband and I have been going to Dr. Shah for over five years now. He has taken excellent care of both of us and we highly recommend him. He is very professional, cares very much about his patients and listens to our concerns. He is the most caring, thorough physician that we have ever had. Dr. Shah is Board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. We have the highest respect and love for Dr. Manish Shah and would highly recommend him.

Hello I am a patient as well as my son at the Wesley Chapel internal medicine and pediatrics office, I have a complaint for your front desk receptionist Carrie.

Dr. Shah was amazing with my children. He spends a lot of time in the room and really shows he cares. His front desk staff are horrible!! You can rarely get a hold of anyone and when you do they pick up the phone and say "please hold" and then just leave you on hold. I feel bad for Dr. Shah because he is so sweet but his staff has made me look for another doctor for my children.

Dr. Shah and his staff a few awesome! My husband, son and I are patients of his and we are extremely happy. He is very caring and takes his time with his patients and make sure his patients are well taken care of. It is nice to get same or next day appointment. I will truly recommend him.

Best Doctor ever! Not overreacting but Dr. Shah is all about patient heath and not about money. He is well educated and keeps up with new and upcoming in both sicknesses and in technology. He has literally save my life so I highly recommend him.

I have been seeing Dr. Shah for 15 years. I find him very attentive to my needs. I have a number of serious medical problems. He listens intensely to what I'm feeling and takes appropriate action to my situation. He recommends a specialist if needed and communicates with them to follow up on my progress. I have no complaints at all; and value his medical services as the best I've experienced. He's very trustworthy, very caring, professional and considerate to his patients.
