Dr. Bawa is a highly skilled surgeon. He is also a personable physician.I recommend him, and the other doctors in the practice without reservation.Because of their qualities, you will need to make an appointment in advance. You will not regret it.

He seemed to be extremely stressed because he had too many patients waiting to be seen. He refused to answer any questions I asked after quickly briefing me on MRI results and X-ray he had me take there!

I’ve had 2 appts so far with Dr. Bawa, my first appt i waited for 30 mins after my appt to see the Dr. was then taken back to a room and was made to wait another 20 mins before Dr. Bawa came in to see me. Once i finally saw the Dr. it felt very rushed and impersonal and left without a clear understanding of what was going on with my back despite an MRI that showed what issues were going on. I just left the office for my second appt and after waiting 45 mins to be called back I spoke with the receptionist to see how long it would be because i did need to get back to work on time. I was told there was still 2 patients in front of me and for sure the Dr. wouldnt be able to see me in time for me to make it back to work in time for my clients. I left without seeing the Dr. and had to reschedule for a week later. I chose Dr. Bawa, despite being out of network therefore more expensive, because he was so highly rated however his office and my first impression has not been impressive at all.

Dr. Bawa gave my husband an honest and conservative treatment plan, not rushing into surgery, which I value and appreciate. The previous orthopedic back surgeon that my husband and I saw, rushed us into making an appt for a surgery that turned out to be unnecessary. Thankfully we had a second opinion with Dr. Bawa., before going through with the surgery. The other Dr. also recommended a very expensive out of pocket stem cell therapy, which Dr. Bawa told us is not backed up by research, and that he would not recommend.

I was seen by Kimberly who is very professional and knowledgeable. She took care of my needs and answered my questions. Nice working with her.

Saw Dr.B after a year. He was very attentive and I felt heard. He has lots to juggle with me as a patient. And always gets right to the import part. Keeping me pain free without narcotics.

He spends the necessary time needed to insure you understand your particular situation and the way ahead.He is personable, professional, patient, and instills confidence in patients.
