Not attentive or focused
He rushes my appointments, he never returns calls, he does not send over refills to the pharmacy on time. His staff acts as if they know nothing.

He expressed to more than once he only has to give my mother 10 minutes of his time because he has other patients. I was told the 7 questions I asked were too many. Never bothered getting her test results from the hospital stay of 2.5 days (from 2 weeks ago) and would not explain his conflicting opinion of her other doctors or tests. He has terrible beside manner and is nothing more than a pill pusher. Double talk and refers you to other doctors because he doesn’t have time to explain his own double talk. This is my 2nd experience with him. Terrible.

Spent less than 2 minutes with me at annual visit. Walked out of office while I attempted to tell him crucial information. His staff does not return calls, does not send referrals in a timely manner, does not do the consistent things a good doctor's office should do. There's more.

Dr Lozah has been my doctor for about 10 years. He is very caring. If I go for any testing as soon as he gets the results he calls me. He takes his time with every patient and he genuinely cares for each of his patients. I love my doctor and would not trade him for the world. Patient (Santana)

I have and will continue to tell my friends and family about Dr. Lozah. I've move to NJ and still come to NY to see Dr. Lozah. I finally found a doctor I trust, listen (oh boy does he listen!) and truly cares about my health. Oh and is very patient with me and my needle phobia...:)
