Doesn’t listen or believe patients
Following an adverse reaction to a medication, this doctor recommended to continue and use even more. Blamed side effects on me. The medication insert says to discontinue use and seek medical attention if you develop a reaction (I did). She advised against following these instructions on the medication info leaflet, and has me continuing a medication that results worsening and new symptoms. She cuts me off and doesn’t listen to me, won’t answer questions, minimizes my concerns, and accuses me of poor hygiene every time I go in. She doesn’t know this, but I’m also a scientist in pharmaceutical research, so I do know a significant amount about adverse events with medicine. I feel worse than when I originally went in.

Worst experience I've had in quite awhile. She RUSHED the appointment so that it only took EIGHT MINUTES! I made this appointment because I am genuinely concerned about my health and I couldn't even get a few words in before she would interrupt me, correct me, ignore what I said, and so on. I was left crying. Providers like this are the reason I don't trust this country's medical system. It's so obvious that they don't care about your quality of life and are in this system for the wrong reason.
