EXCELLENT PCP
Willis has been my primary care for several months now and she is the most caring, genuine and empathic physician I've ever worked with. I was originally a patient of one of her colleagues that share an office with her and had an awful experience. I was about to go out of town to find a new doctor; then someone recommended Dr. Willis and I am anything but disappointed in the care I have gotten! She listens to every single concern, explains everything in great detail, and never makes me feel as though I am over exaggerating or dramatic. She genuinely cares for her patients and it shows! Her med assistant is a little lacking when it comes to answering the phone or returning calls, but at the end of the day, it's not a big enough problem to take it out on the doctor.
