Great care
I have been a patient for over five years. Dr. Trevino always makes me believe that she has time to attend to me, as much as I need. She never rushes a visit. Her nurse Teresa is always interested in my health, and PA Marielle is exceptionally talented and caring. These women are outstanding caregivers.

Not pleased with her or her nurse, Teresa. They just didn't seem to listen to my concerns

My Mother has cognitive issues and doesn’t understand all that is being said. BUT, Dr Trevino always addresses my Mother and talks directly to her. She protects my Mother’s dignity and is always pleasant and kind to my Mother. LOVE that about Dr Trevino.

Dr. Trevino has been my doctor since she was a resident at UTMC. When she completed her training and joined Summit Medical, I switched my care to Summit and continued with her as my doctor there. So altogether, she has been my primary care physician for about 6-1/2 years. She has treated me from head to toe for many different health issues that have popped up over the years. She never rushes through an appointment, always listens intently, and I completely trust her judgement. Highly recommend.

Dr. Trevino is amazing! I have been seeing her as my PCP since she began her practice and love her. She responds promptly and I always receive lab results by the end of the day they are drawn. I am currently pregnant and Dr. Trevino has helped me by calling in anti-nausea medications to help until I am able to see my obgyn. I just cannot say enough good things about Dr. Trevino and recommend her for anyone in search of a primary care physician!

She is very personable. I always feel like my concerns are heard and explored. I feel comfortable with discussing all my medical issues with her. I have never been able to do that with any former pcp.

I visited Dr. Trevino when I started experiencing extreme fatigue & muscular weakness. She ordered a blood panel, & when the results came back, she told me I was "just fine" & sent me on my way. When I looked at the results myself, I noticed several blood markers in the "low" category, so I took my results my obgyn to get a 2nd opinion. She looked at my panel and immediately saw I was borderline anemic, started me on iron, and I'm fine today. Avoid Dr. Trevino if you want a correct diagnosis!

It does not seem like the Dr. Mallory or her staff are competent in the least. My wife went to her to get full blood panel test, because she wasn't feeling well. It took Dr. Mallory more 40 days to turn the tests back in. That too only happened because my wife called. In that time no one from the office called to let my wife know that her blood panel showed significant issues.
