The wait time at the moment is 2 plus hours. Dr Gupta is overwhelmed and not able to focus on test results or next steps.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gupta for about 10yrs now, recommended by my Cardiologist, who is one of the top in the area so I knew she came highly recommended. I have been so pleased with her expertise, care and the time she gives to listen & understand what is going on.

Patient wait time is horrible. Gupta refuses to send in refills and return answers if you owe a balance. The staff literally told me she can’t answer that until you pay your balance. I had no idea I had a balance be cause I pay my co payment every time. I attempted to use the number the staff gave and it turns out The number to pay your balance goes to someone’s personal cell phone. So I have no confidence in that. Once you’re able to actually interact with her she is wonderful very understanding and a great listener. However, she does not go over lab results with you, you have to make another appointment and pay another fee for that. This was my 3rd and last time trying with her. It makes me very sad. No one wants to talk about hot Brazilian guys every visit.

My very first visit was awesome. Dr. Gupta is a very caring, understanding and very detailed oriented doctor with an excellent bedside manner! She takes her time because she cares. And yes I had to wait but I knew she gave the other patients the same attention she gave me! I have been having some issues for over a year and have been to too many doctors to even count! She found the root cause immediately! So if you want a doctor to find out why you are having the symptoms and give you a proper diagnosis with an explanation, she is the one. The best endocrinologist I have seen in years!! It was well worth the wait time!

She's great and really knows her field. There are only a few really "Good" Endocrinologists in Memphis, Dr. Gupta is one of the best! My primary Physician of 20+ years recommended her to me and I researched her. For a young clinician, she has taken the time to hone her skills. Being that she's so good, you may have to wait; for me since I only see her once a quarter - it's worth the wait. Since I've be a patient of Dr. Gupta's; my AIC numbers have greatly improved as well as my overall health.

Dr. Gupta and her office staff are amazing! She is very thorough and explains everything well. I appreciate her knowledge and compassion of her field!

My primary care Dr. set`s my appointments with the specialist he thinks will better serve me, I trust his choice of MDs,. Dr. Gupta has resolved my concerns, and provided me with the appropriate treat to correct my illness. Thanks

She is a good listener in the office; but, she does not return calls when you have concerns.

Great doctor, but office staff lied about the insurance they took. That and some non-diabetics related blood tests performed has left me with a large bill after only two visits

The patient wait time is entirely too long. I waited three hours to be seen even though I was early for my appointment. Others were put ahead of me even though I came in before them. Also, no one called to confirm or set my appointment from Dr. Gupta's office. I had to go through my physician for confirmation only because they communicate between each other. Staff was rude and rushed me to do paperwork and pay only to have to sit and wait for three hours.

She is amazing! I have been to 3 different Endocrinologist, and she has been the only one to even remotely seem to listen and genuinely care. I am so thankful to have found her. You may have to wait but she is so very much worth it. She takes the time to give you what you need and such care.

Dr. Gupta is a pretty good doctor, however she is extremely unpunctual... This is not a great reflection of her practice.

Very passionate for her patients. Very professional doctor and staff. Nice and clean office. No fancy doctor terms she will break it down so you can understand. I've been to 3 other endocrinologist but I'm staying with her.

She was concerned that I was out of my medicine and she would not call me in a week supply to my medicine until my appointment. I can't get the office to release my medical records to my new doctor after several request .
