So Disappointed!!
I had a sleep study performed December 2, 2024. My follow up with George, Dr. Smith’s NP, was scheduled for today, December 10, 2024, at 9:10 am. When I arrived I was told I was not on the schedule. Then I was told they could schedule for 2 or 3 weeks or a month from now! Now work in, nothing!!! Because George is a pompous jerk, I will be seeking my sleep care elsewhere as well as my pulmonology care. It seems the over arching disinterest in their patients at Collum and Carney has infected their specialty practices!!! Dr. Smiths is my friend and fabulous! His staff? Not so much!!

I have been seeing Dr. Smith for many years. I have COPD/Emphysema/Sleep Apnea and he is the best! He listens and actually cares about his patients. His nurse and nurse practitioner are friendly, helpful and will answer any questions you may have. I saw him yearly at first, now I see him every 3 to 6 months since 2014.
