This doctor cares and is very thorough!
While in his care I felt assured that he truly cared about my well-being and he is very attentive to you. I am allowed to ask questions and he explains everything in layman's terms so you get it. He also has the best receptionist around, Ms Carol.

Zero trust
His follow-up and communication is nonexistent. Didn’t call with issues about hospitalized father-in-law and never called me back after assuring me he would. I have zero confidence and trust in him as a result. I’d give him zero stars if I could.

Terrible service. They absolutely NEVER answer the phone when you call. You can leave a message and it may take 3 days for them to call you back. If they do at all. But when in the office, the nurse/receptionist is always on the phone. Once they called to reschedule an appointment less than an hour before arrival. I think the Dr. may be OK. Staff is a joke.

I have been a patient at Hendricks Family Practice since they came to Decatur! There is no other Practice I would use for my Primary Care. They saved my life! They are constantly studying and learning. I LOVE Them!!

Terrible staff, terrible service and a Dr who limits how many medical problems you can bring to him at one time. In the history of medicine this is unheard of. If I pay my co pays and happen to have multiple issues (as many humans do) I expect to have them all dealt with in the same visit within reason. Because of his "rule" I have had many problems resulting from not testing the areas I told him about when having pains there.

He tries to fix the problem instead of covering it up with meds.
