I met him two times. However he stopped responding to my requests for a new appointment after that. He was afraid to deal with me due to my paranoid thinking at that time. It was very hard for me to be abandoned by the therapist after opening up to him and telling him my story. I wanted to see him for support but it turned out i was rejected by him

He’s great. I moved here from out of state and searched for a good doctor with broad experience and current education. He met my specific needs. He has always been on time and fully accessible in sessions, plus email, phone. He respected my previous doctors’ assessments but helped make adaptations to improve sleep, anxiety, depression. I did leave an excellent team and came here with high expectations. Dr Rafla has exceeded my hopes. I’m healthier for having worked with him.

Our daughter, age 15, was seen by Dr. Rafla at his Cambridge Health office. He is extremely unprofessional in his appearance wearing a winter coat throughout the visit and looking as though he would skateboard his way out of the office at any minute. He did not review her chart, forwarded health information or have any basis for which to treat her. He was also unaware of side effects and labs which should be monitored due to her medication. I would suggest you veer away rather than see him.
