Would not recommend for flight physical
I would not recommend going to Dr. Riddell for a flight physical. The price may be attractive compared to other AMEs, but remember that you get what you pay for. I decided that I would go to Dr. Riddell for my flight physical one year as I could not get an appointment with my normal AME. Somehow, paperwork that I submitted as supplementary for a medical condition that is not disqualifying got mishandled, leading to changes with my medical certificate. This came after six years of submitting the same paperwork to my other AME with the same condition and no changes in the condition. After receiving a letter from the FAA weeks later and attempting to get assistance from Dr. Riddell's office, I was informed that he was out of the country for the month. I never received a follow-up call for guidance on how to navigate the issue. If an AME cannot provide extra assistance and guidance outside of just the flight physical, then they should not be providing the flight physical service.
