Dr. Phan doesn't listen and is rude and reprimands you for asking for anything to be checked even if you have major symptoms. You have to haggle her to get a referral. both the doctor and a nurse injured me badly getting blood leaving marks for a month, tearing up my vein like lunatics. place smells and is visibly dirty. I have no idea how she still has a license, please send an undercover inspector! she cuts you off and doesn't let you talk. How is this office legal!!!

She's my regular doctor. Been going to her for 6 years and just love her. Very knowledgeable and nice. Cares about her patients. Office staff used to be a little aggressive, but she got new people and it's a pleasure to deal with them.

A very competent doctor who treats her patients with respect. I came in with a toe infection and she took a fungal sample and gave medication that healed this quickly without the need to go to a podiatrist. A+ doctor!

Although the office, like many other offices, is pretty crowded/busy, and I had to wait for quite a while, I was overall satisfied. I like Dr. Phan. She takes time with you (despite how obviously busy she is), asks important questions, and makes you feel heard. One thing, to know though -- if you DO NOT have an Insurance Card WITH HER NAME ON IT, they CANNOT let you see her. I guess those are the rules, and there are no exceptions (happened to someone else, not me).

Rude, uncaring, multiple times I've had to wait over an hour after my appointment time. I would not recommend going here, they obviously prioritize Vietnamese/Asian patients over English speaking ones. Also the waiting room is a 6x6 room with about 20 sick people crammed into it. If you have to wait for over an hour like I did, you are gaurenteed to get sick from visiting this doctor. Avoid at all costs unless you absolutely have no choice.
