Disappointing
Dr Ray did not communicate with me while she doing the procedure on me. She never asked how are you doing or explain what she was doing. She was too busy talking about herself to everyone else in the procedure room during both times. Very disappointing. She might be good at her job but she needs to communicate better.

I have seen Dr Ray several years now and she has helped me safely handle and manage my chronic pain while coping with ALS and Ehlers-Danlos syndrome.

Dr. Ray is really professional, friendly, and shows care for my personal injury. I was involved in an auto accident which causes two herniated discs in my lumbar spine and one in my neck. Dr. Ray and the staff are easy and friendly to talk to and work with. Really good experience coming to Kansas Pain Management.

The doctors at Kansas Pain Management have gone above and beyond to help me regain my life back. I am able to do things I was previously not able to. I feel relieved to be not taking pills again or feeling exhausted all the time. I can play with my great grand babies again, which I thought I would never be able to, and enjoy my life with my husband. We are celebrating our new life again and we are about to celebrate our 40th anniversary and renew our vows, all thanks to Dr. Ray and Dr. Gupta and all their staff at Kansas Pain Management that have helped me in my journey!

Dr. Ray has performed over 8 radio frequency ablations on my lower back and many epidurals on my thoracic back. All procedures were extremely successful. Diagnosing the problem on my thoracic back was challenging; but, this did not stop Dr. Ray from finding the solution. She is the smartest critical thinking doctor and the best for performing procedures I have known. I am 65 years old and served 24 1/2 years (all active duty) in the Army and have had contact with many doctors.
