NO PATIENT’S RESPECT
We did not pass the front desk. After setting up the appoint in advance, provided insurance info and one day to compile all past MRIs, X-rays, reports, past surgeries info and more, we got to the front desk the day of the appointment to be told Dr Moradi does not take our insurance. Extremely disappointed, no respect to patient’s pain, time and effort.

Slow Brain Bleed
I went to another Dr. and was not satisfied with their diagnoses. I met with Dr. Moradi and we talked about my leg all of a sudden not working. He looked at the MRI that I had done, and he examined me said that he did not think it was from a pinched nerve. He said there was something else going wrong and ordered another MRI and CT scan. He discovered I had a slow brain bleed and the blood pool was very large. I had surgery and 10 weeks later I am back to work like nothing had happened. Great Doctor and I highly recommend him.

Amazing doctor and staff
Dr. Moradi recently did an intensive fusion on my spine. Prior to my surgery I could barely walk. I was in so much pain which traveled down my legs. After the six hour operation I am literally a new person. I have no pain in my back or legs. I cannot thank Dr Moradi enough for doing an amazing job on my back. I highly recommend Dr. Moradi.

Positive visit!
Dr. Moradi was recommended by another physician I completely trust. I find Dr. Moradi is a very knowledgeable, honest and kind person. My X-ray and MRI films were available for me to view as he explained in detail my current issues with my spine and the reason for my pain. I was clearly given my options for treatment and what to expect after surgery if I decide to proceed with it. His office staff have always been very kind and accommodating. I would recommend this practice highly!

Amazing Expertise and Recovery!
My cervical spine disks were in "critical" condition when I first visited Dr. Moradi. He and his staff were complete experts and told me everything I needed to know and expect for a successful recovery. Now 10 weeks after my surgery (and after following their instructions), I have been released from all restrictions and have a successful fusion. The arm weakness is gone and so is the tingling in my thumb. Trust the process! Trust this Neurosurgeon and his staff if you need cervical disk replacement!

Unnecessary surgery
I don't know how good of a sergeant he is but would have given him a zero rating as a doctor if that option was available. Dr. Moradi recommended unnecessary surgery for my loved one. Two other opinions from two other neurosurgeons concluded that surgery was not required. The pain was gone without surgery!!! Besides he allows his personnel to be rude and disrespectful to patients.

Lower Back surgery
Due to having Spinal stenosis, I have needed both upper and lower back surgery twice and in both cases, Dr. Moradi was my surgeon. I cannot praise him enough. Both he and his staff are “top notch”.

Excellent neurosurgeon
Dr. Maradi was professional, explained the surgical procedure where my husband could easily understand it and did a wonderful job with my husbands surgery. He was in so much pain prior to his surgery and following the surgery he had immediate relief. It was easy getting an appointment and his office staff was very caring. The postoperative care was excellent. We would highly recommend him if you need a neurosurgeon.

Succinct and High Quality Care
When it comes to my health, I don't look for fluff/white glove customer service. Tell it to me straight, give me a game plan, and let's fix it. This is exactly what you get with Dr. Moradi and his team. I admit I was taken aback by how direct the front office person was when trying to set up my initial visit, but I took comfort in the fact that everyone there knows what they're doing and are successful at treating symptoms/handling insurance issues. I couldn't walk without a walker/wheelchair. Dr. Moradi was able to diagnosis me quickly, set up my surgery within a week, and only 4 months later, I'm walking on my own again. I just did a 5K to celebrate the recovery! I know it's a long road to full recovery, but Dr. Moradi and his team are truly some of the best.

Dr Moradi was a true answer to prayer! Sought answers from others to no avail and first visit with Dr Moradi was very reassuring that I was where I needed to be. He ordered MRI’s stat and within one week was in surgery. Went in a wheelchair to first visit and now walking like a champ! There are not enough adjectives to express my thankfulness for Dr Moradi!

Honestly, I was not with Dr. Moradi more than 5 minutes. I already had an idea of what was going on. He just confirmed it. However, a phone call to understand bills that I received from outside of their office-radiology(even though I provided them with a report) I was interrupted, talked over, and dismissed-even put on hold without telling me, basically like hanging up on me- to talk to a higher up. No compassion or understanding. (I was out of work for 5 months before this appointment) They just kept saying it wasn't a bill from them. I was also told, "everyone knows" these bills will be coming- 100% condescending! Who requests someone to read an MRI when a report is already provided, then charges the patient- without letting them know?! This "wonderful" doctor apparently can't even read x-rays, as I just received a bill for that as well! Also a bill for the x-rays. It is not hard to be kind, compassionate, up front, & honest. Will not be going back. $70 apt. cost $300+ You are warned

Frustrated & Upset – Nov 26, 2020
×Post a ResponseAre you Dr. Moradi?
Dr Moradi performed an extremely difficult multi-level lumbar fusion. We both didn't fully expect a complete success. I had severe lower leg pain and numbness. After a 6 hr procedure and some rehab, I have no pain or numbness which I hadn't had relief in several years and my quality of life had diminished. I had a very difficult insurance company with denial of services but between the office staff and Dr Moradi everything was fully approved. He had also performed a cervical fusion a few years ago. I have no hesitation recommending Dr Moradi to anyone in need of neurological spinal surgery.
