Unprofessional/No compassion
Dr. Dawood needs to be in a different profession!!!DO NOT SELECT HER—see the other reviews also! She has no compassion and constantly talks over me and doesn’t listen to my concerns as a patient. She stands up and begins to walk out the door without hearing me out. She makes quick diagnosis & assigns medications without discussion of the meds, etc. She’s vague, short and dismissive. This is no way to be when someone has questions about their health and treatment.

Copay Quota More Important
After 12 years of being my physician, Dr Dawood decided to end our patient/doctor relationship due to cancellations. If she cannot comprehend that we’ve been in a PANDEMIC for past 2 1/2 yrs & have had to quarantine MULTIPLE times after being exposed then she does not have any TRUE compassion for the well-being of her patient NOR risking the possibility of exposing other patients in the waiting room as well as her employees then she shouldn’t consider herself to be in the medical field at all. Her office also called to reschedule 2 appts because she was leaving early for the day or wouldn’t be in the office. I’m very disappointed in her lack of professionalism & compassion! Well-being should ALWAYS outweigh co-pay quota for the day!!!!

Horribly rude and talked down to me like a child. She was extremely rushed and kept cutting me off when I was trying to speak. Didn’t listen to what I was saying and refused to look at the notes and photos I had taken from other docs. She didn’t even believe the diagnoses that other specialists (not rheumatologists) had given me and refused to treat me until she could read their diagnostics herself. Asked me multiple times if I was SURE of what previous doctors said because “I see no sign of anything here.” Ended the appointment by heavily implying I just had an anxiety disorder and my symptoms were in my head.

Only giving a star because I had to in order to leave a review. Made an appointment in 2020. Had to cancel due to Covid-19. Did not reschedule at the time. Made new appt 2021. Went to appt. Dr Dawood was in a hurry. I was new patient. Wanted good consultation. So in office rescheduled for following week. Received letter indicating Dr Dawood would no longer be able to be my healthcare provider due to having 4 cancelled/rescheduled appts. I guess this office has found a new way to weed out patients they don't want. It's really unfortunate Dr Dawood approves this. Never again. I hope everyone reads all these reviews to see how bad it really is. I am going to agree to user agreement but I never received treatment from this doctor. It's the only way I can post this review.

I was completely berated and belittled by this doctor. Who did not bother to so much as look at the medical records I had brought. And now has further refused to give me a copy of my record for the one visit I did have with her. My doctor could not believe her assumptions since I have other autoimmune conditions and the evidence was clear in my blood work but instead she said I did not ‘look of lupus’ and I looked perfectly healthy if slightly overweight for 39. Somehow she missed the diagnosis page where I basically have worse health than people twice my age. I came to her AFTER being diagnosed with lupus. I was referred because I am ‘ medically complicated’ so medication can sometimes be tricky. I came full of hope that I might get my life back, that new medicines might ease the pain and fatigue so I might not be confined to bed so often. She told me it’s not possible that I have lupus because she sees patients every day and I just don’t look like lupus. PATIENTS BEWARE
