Dr. Maggie Chau, DO

Dr. Chau performed the absolute worst pap smear of my life. It was traumatizing and extremely painful. Unlike other doctors I've been to, Dr. Chau did not narrate me through the process, and she shoved the speculum inside with no lube and no warning. It wasn't until I yelled out in pain that she thought to get the lubricant. The worst part was when Dr. Chau asked me, 'Are you on your period?' I was not on my period. She was just so violent with the speculum that she made me bleed so much, to the point she thought I was on my period. I've had pap smears from different doctors before and it was NEVER so painful and I never bled that much. I will never go back to Dr. Chau -- she is unprofessional and not trained to provide quality patient care.

I went in to see this doctor and they only accepted cash for the copay, which was very strange. Dr. Chau requested I get some blood work done which I prioritized getting that same week. I saw her the week before Thanksgiving 2021 and just today got a call back about my results. In that time I called her office 3 times to try to get a follow up. Waste of time and money. I ended up seeing a different doctor and got a much more thorough follow up and plan of action.

Amazing Doctor that truly cares about her Patients!

Dr Chau is very thorough and interested in the problem at hand. She is willing to listen, communicate and informative.

She is literally the WORST doctor I have ever been seen by along with her other employees. They are unprofessional, rude, and obviously need to be retaught HIPAA guidelines and basic manners. As for the doctor, she has completely ignored my concerns and has even misdiagnosed me MULTIPLE times and doesn't bother to listen to what I have to say. She doesn't have compassion for anyone and she is one of those "doctors" who only became one so they can make money. She's not into it for helping people.

Maggie Chau and her staff are quite literally the worst and most unprofessional people on this planet.I went in as an emergency patient because I had just been to the hospital a few days prior & the hospital needed a doctor to order an MRI for my leg. Not only did she NOT refill my prescriptions but when i asked for an MRI she said she couldn't help me with that. I waited an hour to be turned away and I went right back to the hospital because the pain was so bad. AVOID THIS OFFICE AT ALL COSTS!

Maggie Chau and her office needs to be investigated for unprofessional and immoral conduct. What everyone says about waiting (for no reason) in the lobby is true. The office can be empty without a single patient, and Maggie Chau can be standing behind the desk in plain sight herself, but you will still have to wait 15-20 to be called in. There, you will have your vitals carelessly and hastily taken, only to wait another 20-30 minutes to finally talk to Chau. You'll wonder why your entire appoin
