I have been with Dr Hayes for 3 years. She is a very good listener, knowledgeable, thorough. She explains everything in a manner that I can understand, and allows me to participate in my care.

Have been going to Dr Hayes for a couple of years. She has always been thorough, a good listener, and has even do a procedure for me. She walks me through options and seems truly invested in my well being. Recommend her all day long. Her nurse is also very sweet!

Doesn't read charts (didn't know things about me), doesn't ask questions before deciding to send you to a specialist, overcharges (literally: 1st doc charged 1 price for 20 minutes; Hayes took 2nd visit & charged $71 MORE for a total of 5 minutes in the office & would not reduce her price, saying the other doc undercharged), pushy, aggressive, nasty, superior (ie: you know nothing in her presence). She gets angry if you are a participant in your healthcare and dare to question a recommendation.
