NON-CARING
IT'S BEEN 3 WEEKS SINCE MY LAB RESULTS. NUMEROUS CALLSTO ANSWER QUESTIONS AND STILL NOTHING. SENT A SCRIPT FOR A SONOGRAM WITH ZERO EXPLANATION. I'D BE DEAD WAITING FOR A CALLBACK. TOLD HER I HAVE PCOS. ALL I GOT WAS SILENCE. TOTALLY IGNORED ME. BUT MAD AN OFFHAND REMARKA ABOUT ME GETTING AN ONLINE PRESCRIPTION FROM ANOTHER DOCTOR. BECAUSE IF YOU NEED A QUICK PHYSICAL OR BLOODWORK DONE OUTSIDE OF THAT FIND A BETTER PLACE AND DOCTOR BECASUE I AM LOOKING.

Why are you a doctor?
Im not a delusional person I know I’m overweight but she repeatedly calls me obese and doesnt take any of my concerns seriously. Ever since I mentioned I smoke weed recreationally she says all of my problems like chronic thin hair is because of that. Im a young South Asian woman as well it feels targeted.

Worst Care Team
Ive been requesting for a written ostomy medical supplies prescription/referral for almost 120 days already and still haven't received yet it. I called the facility multiple times they're always unable care team never called me back and didn't respond to my emails. Very unprofessional!

Dr. Majid was my PCP for a few years. I found her to be competent, knowledgeable and very professional. I had a few PCPs at the Valley Stream office and she was by far the best. She was very thorough and never rushed our appointment, she also ordered the necessary tests and followed up in a timely matter. She seemed very caring and listened to all my concerns. I have and still recommend her, she was good in my opinion. I was upset that I had to go to another facility due to insurance.

The staff at the advantage care office in valley stream are very unwarm. They make you feel as if you are an annoyance and don't try to understand your pain. The front desk representatives make you feel unwanted.

Today was the first time I saw Dr.Majid and I found her to be very thorough,caring, helpful and I really liked her a lot I would recommend her to anyone.
