Glad to have her as my Dr!
Dr. Lad has been great to have as a doctor. She's never failed to be kind, prompt or to listen to what was concerning me. It's a change for me to see a Dr. I feel listens to me. She does and has made a great difference in my health. I feel welcome and not judged.

Dr Lad is the most warm and caring doctor, and she genuinely cares about all my health issues. She made sure I understood everything that she had explained to me and never rushed our visit in any way. We have developed such a good doctor, patient, relationship and I love her. I will not ever change doctors.

It's a teaching hospital so I've only ever met her once. And that was because her student had to keep leaving the room to ask her questions. When she finally came into the room she said the last time she has spoke to me she had answered these questions. I told her I had never met her before and she became visibly irritated and told me she had spoke to me before because it was in my chart. I'm not good with confrontation so I just shut up and listened after that.
