Patient, kind, knowledgeable Never felt rushed

She was most accommodating to help set up my two next visits together because I have to travel far to get to them.

Dr. Durand is very personable and takes the time to answer all questions and explain things without making you feel rushed. She is kind and overall I would recommend her.

Great location and professional staff

There was no wait to see Dr. Durand when I got to the office, which I appreciated. She listened to my concerns and answered questions. She is very caring and knowledgeable. I also received a follow up call regarding the need for an ultrasound. Excellent communication!

I was just telling my husband how much I love having a Dr that listens, is compassionate, and understands where I’m coming from. I’ve been in and out of clinics more often than not this year, and I feel truly understood and safe in Dr Durand’s care. Definitely a gem!

I always love seeing Dr. Durand. She is caring, takes her time talking to me and asks questions both about me and my baby, she is thorough and always puts me at ease.

I don’t doubt her skills, but communication and consideration is lacking. I was never alerted or prescribed a stool softener post surgery resulting in me being constipated. It also, Was not in my discharge notes. Her Nurse who answers her emails informed me if nothing happened I’d have to go to ER. So another bill and inconvenience that could have been avoided. Additionally, I was not made aware of the possibility of a medical student being present at my surgery. Day of my d&c, while in my hospital gown already emotional I’m asked in front of student if he can watch the procedure. Given the circumstances of the procedure prior knowledge or prior consent would have been considerate. Or don’t let in a medical student to a patients room without consent. In summary, Surgeon wise she’s good. my Surgery itself was uneventful. She’s a good listener just not the greatest communicator. For me personally it’s something I look for when choosing a doctor.

I appreciate how she takes time to catch up on ALL health matters, doesn’t laugh at my questions, is very through AND I did recommend her to my sister, who has now seen Dr D.

Dr. Durand is so amazing!! It was my first time meeting her and first time seeing a Gyno and I felt like she actually heard my concerns and felt very comfortable during my appointment.
