Dismissive
He had decided what was wrong with my mother before he entered her hospital room. He did not listen to her or my concerns. He attempted a procedure without any anesthetic. He showed no respect or compassion.

For one full year he told my brother he needed hip replacement. After a year, a second opinion... The new Dr. took one look at the x-rays and told my brother he had multiple myeloma. A whole year he could have been receiving treatment was lost because this Dr. Vallem was more eager to do a hip replacement than he was to make an accurate diagnosis. I would recommend people see a Dr. who knows what he's looking at. His negligence cost my brother his life.
