Multiple experiences, very poor
Twice my family has seen her at an urgent care for acute conditions. Once gout, another time severe neck and back pain. Both times she suggested OTC meds and stretching. She also never listened to my lungs as i also had a cough, but wrote in the visit notes that she did. Her bedside manner is so poor and I have zero confidence in anything she said. Will not be returning to that urgent care.

Me and my family had to stop seeing this doctor because she was not very informative. It seemed as though if I didn't ask questions about any results or anything pertaining to my health she would leave you uniformed. I can't count how many times I left her office still wondering what was wrong with myself or my kids because she would not explain anything. After leaving her and getting my medical records I came to find out things that were wrong with me that she never mentioned. I had assumed my issues were due to stress. I don't like to leave bad reviews but since this pertains to people health it is important to inform others and hope she makes changes.

This is the first Dr. in a long time that was not shy with my history and complications due to allergies to antibiotics. She prescribed based on the problems that I am having without having me wait longer and be miserable for a another week (which then in a worse situation and then inevitably having to take mounds of prednisone). She was competent and kind and will go back.

Don’t go to her. She treats her patients like they don’t know what they’re talking about, absolutely no communication between any of the staff. If I tell the nurse something the dr should not be saying she didn’t know it. Also doesn’t know what she’s doing, seen her multiple visits looking through a list of illnesses because she “needs to have reason for taking your blood.” If I was sent by a Dr. to have blood taken, your reason is in the note they faxed to you not on a list on your computer.

Receptionist was not nice, rude, bossy. The nurse was very pleasant and nice and attentive. The doctor was nice too. Receptionist are the first contact for patients, they should be pleasant. I gave her a form that I signed and looked at me like I don't know what I was doing. The nurse told me to sign since she forgot about it, and she will complete the form. Receptionist went inside , came back and scolded me for not completing the form. She could have said thank you, and gave to the nurse.
