overlooked serious health issues..no longer trust..severl prescribing issues`with myself and family members, many friends having same issues

My entire family sees Dr.Wybenga and the nurse practitioners. I have been very pleased with our care and would recommend the practice for family medicine.

Absolutely terrible experience. Called the clinic and it took over 2 hours to even get a person on the phone. Finally after I get someone, I make an appointment and inform the clerk that I was a new patient. After waiting three weeks for my appointment date I arrive at the clinic to be told that I do not have an appointment and that whoever I spoke with should have given me a new patient assessment. So now I am back to square one without a doctor. This place is an absolute joke. Stay away.
