Very unfriendly receptionist.
This was a phone contact concerning receiving a copy of my records ( which was approved by Dr Younes).I called their office on October 21, 2024 and was informed that the records would be ready October 31, 2014.Contacted the office, spoke to the receptionist who stated that the person who performs this task was out sick and no one was able to perform the job. I told the lady that I really needed these items and she displayed disinterest and became angry towards me and hung up the phone while I was still talking. This is the first time I have ever been spoken to as a patient at a healthcare provider office.

Dr. Maan explained everything with me. He took his time and went over all my labs and scans. He was very concerned and also referred me to a surgeon for swollen lymph nodes in my chest wall. I thank him for being polite.

If I could put zero stars, I would. I was sent to younes for some problems, after taking months to get in, he talked with me for 30 seconds and brushed me off. After several more months, they got me in for tests. Now understand, I had severe symptoms. After a while, I had to call and get results and got an appointment and again, he was in the office for 30 seconds and told me nothing was wrong with me even with me pleading for him to look harder. Long story short, I went to Dr. Botnick and within a month I was diagnosed with asthma. Do what you will with that information.
